By Maru Lifecare: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, payment is not successfully processed, we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or there is an error in pricing or product description. In case of cancellation by Maru Lifecare, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within India.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be offered from time to time on eligible orders.

9. Delivery Information

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Maru Lifecare is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our wellness supplements (consumable products), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return: The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Notification of the issue must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened or used, products damaged due to improper handling by the customer, or products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective).
